GIFTS
We offer three gift wrap options through our Gift Concierge. If you are sending a gift and would like us to give it an extra special touch, include a personal note, or enclose a gift receipt, just let us know. There is a section for special instructions on the check out page. You may also email us. We do not include prices on any paperwork that accompanies your package. *Please note, we do try to get your order out as soon as possible so please advise us of any special requests as soon as possible. 

SPECIAL REQUESTS
Multiple quantities? Special size or color? It can't hurt to ask. We will be happy to inquire. Please note that many of the items in our shop are made to order and a special request may require additional time to produce. 

ORDER FULFILLMENT & CONFIRMATION
Once your order is placed we will send you an order confirmation by email. If you do not receive an order confirmation please contact us. This may happen if your provided email is blocked or entered incorrectly.
In the unlikely event an order contains any item that is unavailable for any reason we will contact you and refund any charges associated with that item. Your order will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of payment.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
We ship your insured order USPS Priority Mail or FEDEX within the Continental US only. You will receive a tracking number after your order is shipped. Your order is thoughtfully packaged and shipped from Charleston SC. Most orders are received within one to five business days after processing depending on your location.
At this time we do not offer expedited shipping through our website.

We can not ship to a P.O. Box.
We do not currently offer international shipping.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES
We offer FREE shipping for orders $50 or more. Orders under $50 will generate a $5.00 shipping charge at checkout.

REFUND POLICY 
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return it within 14 days of purchase at your expense for exchange or refund in the original form of payment. Please fill out the form included with your package. Can't find it? No worries, drop us a note and we will email you another. All returns must be in unused, unworn condition with tags and original packaging. 

We recommend that you return the item via an insured carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post), and that you insure the item for its full value. Make sure to retain all postal and insurance receipts to protect you in case the item is damaged or lost in transit. If you have any questions please drop us a note or give us a call.

DAMAGES
If any item is received damaged by the shipper, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Please keep all packaging and boxing materials. We may not be able to process a claim without them. If you feel your item is defective in any way please follow the above guidelines and call or email us immediately.

PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to us. We collect only the information needed to process your transaction.

SECURITY
Our shop is hosted by Shopify and we use Shopify hosted by Stripe and Paypal to process payments. Both trusted names in the world of commerce.
